Detailed Clauses
The following clauses form the complete binding agreement between you and afb99. Please read each section in full.
Clause 1
Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use the Platform you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for personal use; (c) provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information at registration; (d) not be a previously self-excluded player during an active self-exclusion period; and (e) not be an employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of afb99 or any of its affiliated companies. afb99 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
Clause 2
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
afb99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. afb99 does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review. Withdrawals are ordinarily processed within 24 hours of a verified request under normal operating conditions. afb99 reserves the right to carry out additional KYC checks before processing any withdrawal above a designated threshold.
Clause 3
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
afb99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible game categories are specified on each promotion's dedicated page. Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. afb99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play or any other strategy designed to exploit promotions — will have their bonus balance voided and may face account suspension.
Clause 4
Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice, forfeiture of account balances and permanent ban: (a) use of automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform; (b) collusion, match-fixing or any form of cooperative play designed to generate unfair advantage; (c) chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without prior contact with afb99 support; (d) any action that constitutes fraud, money laundering or financing of any prohibited activity; (e) providing false identity information or impersonating another person; (f) accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law. afb99 reserves the right to withhold winnings pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected.
Clause 5
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of afb99 or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express written consent of afb99.
Clause 6
Limitation of Liability
afb99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, afb99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. afb99 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; (c) interruptions or delays in Platform availability caused by factors outside afb99's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events. In all cases, afb99's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Clause 7
Privacy and Data Protection
afb99 collects and processes personal data as described in its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy. afb99 implements SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your data. afb99 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies as required by law or as necessary to deliver the Platform services.
Clause 8
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Platform, you should contact afb99 support via the email address displayed on the contact section of this website in the first instance. afb99 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive resolution within 14 calendar days. In the event that a complaint relates to a disputed game outcome, the outcome recorded in afb99's server logs shall be treated as definitive unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided by afb99, you may seek independent advice. afb99's decision following the completion of its internal complaints procedure is final.
Clause 9
Account Closure and Self-Exclusion
You may close your account at any time by contacting afb99 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year or permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, afb99 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. You may not reopen a self-excluded account during the exclusion period. After a temporary self-exclusion period has expired, you may request reactivation in writing, subject to a mandatory cooling-off review.
Clause 10
Governing Law and Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and afb99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. afb99's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms are made available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail. These Terms are intended to comply with applicable laws governing online entertainment services in Bangladesh.

Responsible Gaming Obligations
afb99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following obligations apply to all users of the Platform.
afb99 provides deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion tools accessible from every account. Players are encouraged to use these tools to maintain healthy betting habits. afb99 will act promptly on any request to apply or extend a restriction. Deposit limits applied at a player's request can only be decreased immediately; requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. afb99 reserves the right to impose restrictions on any account where behaviour suggests the player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including without limitation the right to restrict deposits, freeze withdrawals pending welfare contact, or refer the player to responsible gaming support resources.

Updates
Amendments to These Terms
afb99 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in Platform features, applicable laws, payment methods or operational requirements. When a material change is made, afb99 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect your rights, afb99 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users via the contact information held on their account — this may include an in-Platform notification or email — prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support. afb99 recommends that you bookmark this page and check it periodically, particularly before making a deposit or claiming a new promotion, to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.
